A Different Vantage Point

Seeing Both the Leader and the System

Leader

How a leader thinks, responds, communicates, decides, relates, and shows up under pressure.

Team

How leadership behavior shapes trust, accountability, communication, decision-making, and execution.

Organization

How structure, roles, talent, culture, and people systems support performance.

Jennifer’s experience as both a senior People & Culture executive and executive coach allows The Gravara Group to work across all three levels.

The Throughline

The Throughline Has Always Been Service

Jennifer was raised by a pastor and a social worker, in a family where service to people and something larger than oneself was part of everyday life.

She began her career in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, later worked as a medical technologist, and moved from management into Human Resources, senior executive leadership, and coaching.

Across each chapter, the work has centered on seeing clearly, understanding what is shaping the situation, and helping people move forward with intention.

How Jennifer Works

Clear. Candid. Practical.

Jennifer has a strong instinct for simplifying complexity.

She can walk into a situation with competing priorities, unclear roles, people dynamics, operational pressure, and too much noise, then distill it into what is most important, what is getting in the way, and what needs to happen next.

Her approach is candid, curious, practical, and growth-minded. She asks difficult questions, surfaces patterns, challenges assumptions, and helps leaders turn insight into clear, actionable steps.

Clarity. Courage. Growth.

What Horses Make Visible

Jennifer’s equine-assisted work began long before The Gravara Group.

Horses respond in real time to clarity, pressure, hesitation, boundaries, presence, connection, and intent. That gives leaders an unusual opportunity to see how they are showing up and experiment with different choices.

Equine-guided leadership is one way clients can experience patterns that may be difficult to recognize through conversation alone.
