FOUNDER’S BIO:

Jennifer Kozel is a former CHRO and executive leader with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and operational complexity. She holds the SPHR certification and is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), and Certified Life Coach (CLC), with advanced training in leadership development, somatic coaching, and experiential learning.

She has led HR strategy at scale within multi-billion-dollar organizations, giving her a deep understanding of how leadership decisions impact performance, culture, and execution.

Today, Jennifer partners with executive teams to align leadership, strengthen decision-making, and build the internal capability required to grow and scale effectively.

Her work integrates strategic HR leadership with coaching-based development—helping leaders not only know what to do, but change how they think, show up, and lead. She brings a direct, reflective approach that builds awareness, strengthens accountability, and drives meaningful, sustained change in both leaders and their organizations.

This dual lens allows her to operate as both a strategic advisor and a leadership catalyst—supporting not just what organizations do, but how they function at their core.
